I have filed a complaint at the Supreme Court and the Clackamas Circuit Court against Brandy Casey, Galina Glothier, and Melissa Williamson for Racketeering, Fraud, Kidnapping, Collusion, Compelled Contracts, Conspiracy, and Child Abuse against my child. I expect to appear in court regarding Case No.
S-53300, and CV06030372 with evidence that involve these charges.

I am filing a complaint with you, Cindy Eisenmyer, directly regarding Racketeering, Fraud, Kidnapping, Collusion, Compelled Contracts, Conspiracy, and Child Abuse. Brandy Casey, Melissa Williamson, Galina Glothier, and Wendy Shrake. Verna Wood is a witness to these allegations who has been present with myself at all times.

The Department of Human Services took my Son, Brynden N. Hamar by deception and held him unlawfully, and is holding him unlawfully. I have not committed any crimes against my child Brynden N. Hamar to cause my child Brynden Hamar to be taken away and held in bondage, and hostage. The Clackamas County Courts took Custody of my son Brynden N. Hamar by deception with the understanding that my child would be returned when I had withdrawn from the prescribed medication from my operation. They led me to believe that they were acting as the Government of the people, by the people, for the people, and as such on my behalf. I have not been charged with a crime, I have not committed any crimes against my child, and I have not been alleged in any way to abuse my child Brynden N. Hamar.

Brandy Casey lied, assassinating my character to the Clackamas Circuit Courts on 12-14-06 in order to take Custody of my son, Brynden Hamar. Since, my son is a ward to State. Brandy Casey acted on fraud, by using compelled contracts in collusion, and conspiracy to kidnap my child Brynden Hamar.

Brandy Casey called my mother Verna Wood in January of 2006 and asked for a physical address, fifteen minutes later the Molalla Police Department showed up at my house and said there had been a report from Brandy Casey from the Department of Human Services that there is a suicidal person on the property who is about to shoot their self in her head. Brandy Casey acted with fraud in this situation.

Brynden Hamar had a skin condition (photo and letter attached) I demanded medical attention to Galina Glothier every day for six weeks. I demanded medical attention to Wendy Shrake on my visits. Galina Glothier and Wendy Shrake said he did not need medical attention. Galina Glothier and Wendy Shrake said it was a rash that will go away. After seeing a Doctor in Woodburn Oregon, Galina Glothier and Wendy Shrake said that it was an ear infection although he was prescribed medication for the skin condition. Six weeks later the severely burned skin condition started to heal. This is child abuse and neglect.

Brandy Casey, Melissa Williamson, and Galina Glothier have lied to professional Medical Personnel in order to deface my character. This has been taken impart with collusion, and conspiracies for compelled contracts.

Brandy Casey, Melissa Williamson, and Galina Glothier have threatened me by using my son Brynden Hamar into sign compelled contracts. Brandy Casey told me if I signed the Service Agreement on 11-20-05 Brynden would come home immediately. Signing this Compelled contract resulted in loosing custody of my son, Brynden Hamar.

Galina Glothier told me with her testimony in court she would have Brynden Hamar adopted out if I did not sign the new Service agreement. The Service agreement is a compelled contract that has been used in Racketeering, Fraud, Conspiracy, and Kidnapping.

Brandy Casey, Melissa Williamson, and Galina Glothier have not acted in the best interest of my child in numerous situations. Brynden Hamar has been traumatized due to illegal intervention removing my son
from his home and from his natural birth mother with lies and deceit. This is an act of fraud.

I have requested the Department of Human Services to produce the production of Documents on February 28th, 2006 that all records herein requested are to be brought forth in a timely manner by all parties. Many records requested contain exculpatory evidence, necessary to our family’s defense and for impeachment of witnesses. Any requested records that are withheld will be criminal obstruction of justice and withholding of evidence, and all parties are being held accountable in Federal Court, Case No. 05-11-03J-01, S53300, and CV06030372 for the ongoing conspiracy being enacted upon the Hamar family.

I am now making the demanding that all Production of all copies of letters, faxes, memo’s, conversations, e-mail, and telephone calls between Galina Glothier, Brandy Casey, Melissa Williamson, Kendal Graves, Kimberly Jorden, Wendy Shrake, Becky Eck, concerning all parties involved at Department of Human Services, Care Oregon, Clackamas County Mental Health Department, DDA/AG and Colleen Gilmartin, Juvenile Courts and Judge Darling, Clackamas County Circuit Court and Judge John K. Lowe, Attorney at Law Charles A. Moore, Attorney at Law Gay Canaday, Attorney at Lay Art Slinger, PH.D Norvin R. Cooley, PH.D Robert Fleming, and Nicholas Gambino about myself, Deborah L. Hamar, and son Brynden N. Hamar must be sent to Deborah Hamar at Post Office Box 930 Molalla, Oregon 97038 Dated by April 7, 2006.
